I can recommend this place very highly. After a quick look online for a car, a little gem popped up here. I made my mind up very quickly and am very pleased. As well as that, I found Phillip and Cathal to be fantastic. Totally fair, a pleasure to deal with. Courteous, efficient and friendly. Went over all aspects of the sale with patience and professionalism. When you are a woman buying a car on your own a sense of dread can come over you. I've had many dealings with rude individuals who think I should have sent my husband as I'm most likely clueless. I can assure anyone who may be nervous about the purchase of a 'new to them' vehicle they will have the best of service here. Top marks Phillip and Cathal. I just wish there were more businesses like yours out there.

The guys in Prospect Motors were very helpful in fixing the bonnet of the car the day before the driving test. They got it done very prompt and got me out of a hole. Great spot!

I bought a little micra from prospect motors a couple of months back, living in donegal I bought it over the phone( first time for me ) and it was delivered up to me. Lovely little car running sweetly, I did have a couple of small issues with the car and I contacted Cahal to discuss them, he allowed me to have my local mechanic sort it out and fully reimbursed me for the cost, I would have no problem recommending prospect motors as they have been trading for a long time and the customer service is second to none, thanks for reading.

Recently had to change a battery in my Toyota Yaris and was quoted an enormous price by a Toyota main dealer.I purchased a new battery and got it fitted by Philip at Prospect motors .Philip fitted the battery in a few minutes and was so kind and professional.The crew in the workshop are a family businessAnd that’s where my car will be serviced in the futureThey are a car company to be trusted.Thanks again

I've been buying my cars from Prospect Motors for the best part of 20 years and I cannot recommend them highly enough. The guys are brilliant to deal with and chat to apart from anything else. I've never been given a wrong steer and every car that I've ever bought from them has been great quality. When it comes to servicing and repairs they always look after you. Their used cars are like new, and they've always been straight with me on trade ins. The cars I've had from them don't feel like used cars. A real gem of a dealership. Top notch

I would like to give this garage a very big thank you, for the lovely car I've bought recently. My first car, and Cathal is the man, very straightforward and approachable. They provided amazing service and are very trustworthy. Their decades of reputation are not just for show. If anyone is still hesitating and is very new to these viewing and test driving for first-time drivers, I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership, the place is very accessible, bus 1, 11, 16 route, and only few minutes away from the bus stop, have a go and visit the place, they provide quality cars and services. And the area is very nice to do your test drive and be comfortable before going to the real thing, the main road. Again thanks for the quality service.

I bought a car from them on advive from a friend who is an expert there was one smale issue with the back door they fixed it in 1 day and even gave a loan car for work I cannot give them enough credit and thats coming from a Business Account Manager, were keeping customers happy is my job so would highly recommend them

If I could give 10 star to this car firm I would. I was in a real bind to buy a great car for my sister ( a nurse, immediately) I did within 24 hours of A Nissan Note appearing on their website. It was exactly for the budget I had. I checked it out, and Cahal looked over it with me. Immaculate both inside and out. Engine perfect. It was a diesel perfect, and lastly it had been fully serviced. I had it delivered within a couple of days purchase and being NCTd. My sister was in shock, loved it. Since driving has constantly referred to the car as 'Perfect' Before and after the guys here looked after us in a situation the needed car home to my sister in Carlingford to continue work immediately. It was NCTd and got a long one also. That is how amazing the purchase was. Truly, if I could give 10 stars I would, they deserve it, honest, reliable and I can see why they are in business 30 years. Thanks guys, we shall be back in the future for sure!!!

Just bought nice and lovely red Hyundai i20 from Prospect motors & Philip and it was very easy and simple to deal with.Philip was very nice man from start to finish, explain us everything about car in some detalis and all paperwork needed and transaction was simple and easy.Very helpful and would recommend them to everyone.It was my 1st car purchase.Car was very nice and cleaned and well prepared🚗Thank you Philip !!😊🫡🫡

Prospect Motors, is a family-run garage that I heard was around for 30 years with a great reputation. I dropped down to have a look, and I can say I had an exceptional experience purchasing my Ford Mondeo. They had an wide selection of car's but I had an idea of some cars that I was looking for. Cathal guided me seamlessly through the process of pros and cons of certain cars that I had shortlisted. I feel I made the right choice even 2 months on as normally I wait a while before I write a review. Their outstanding customer service made me feel like I was a valued customer. The transparent buying process and reliable support was outstanding. So I waited the 3 months before writing this review..ratings dont lie!!..I've driven my car to cork & back and then to kerry and some,its fair to say that I'm really happy with it and would highly recommend this family run buisness,there was a tiny issue and I called the lads they took it in and promptly fixed it..not only were they sound but very professional... I was stranded by the side of the road, just up from Prospect Motors with a puncture in the rain on a Bank Holiday Sunday. I could not get the wheel off as one of the lug nuts’ thread was gone. I rang two mobile tyre repairs but neither would come so I was trying to get the tyre off for about an hour. Cathal must have seen me struggling, not sure where from because the shop looked closed but he came to my rescue and managed to get the wheel off.Thank you Cathal for helping me get the wheel off and allowing me to get home. Buying a new car with a decent trade in price for my old one. Put on the ramp to see underneath and test drive with a 3 month warranty. Sales man was very helpful with all questions, and would consider looking again here for other services
